Beginner's Pole Dancing Course

  • Pole classes are a fitness based program. You must start with the beginner's course before you move on to more advanced levels. These levels will be available at a later date. The beginner's course will teach you the skills you need to be confident on the pole without injuring yourself.
  • This course is achievable for all fitness levels. At the end of the eight weeks you will have learnt 8 pole-tricks and be able to put them into a sexy routine.
  • Beginner's course commenced 20 Jan 2010. The course will go for 8 weeks and will consist of a one hour class, once per week.
  • Time slots for classes will be Wednesday evenings at 6:15 pm, check timetable.
  • There will be six women per class. Two people per pole.
  • You must book into and pay for the course 2 weeks in advance. Cost is $240.00
  • If you miss a class you cannot make it up.
  • What to bring - shorts are recommended as you will slip on pole with long pants. Heels for pole-tricks or bare feet. No body cream or jewelry to be worn. Water and a hand towel.
  • The studio will be dimly lit for your comfort and will be females only.
