- Pole classes are a fitness based program. You must start with the beginner's course before you move on to more advanced levels.
- Intermediate course commenced 19 January 2010. The course will go for 8 weeks and will consist of a one hour class, once per week.
- This course takes you to the next level of "spinning poles". It is based around the beginner's moves to ease you into a spinning pole, with a few challenges at the end of the course.
- Time slots for classes Tuesday evenings at 7 pm, check timetable.
- There will be six women per class. Two people per pole.
- You must book into and pay for the course 2 weeks in advance. Cost is $240.00
- If you miss a class you cannot make it up.
- What to bring - shorts are recommended as you will slip on pole with long pants. Heels for pole-tricks or bare feet. No body cream or jewelry to be worn. Water and a hand towel.
- The studio will be dimly lit for your comfort and will be females only.
