  • Sports Specific Training - designed to improve your sports performance
  • Rehabilitation - for work related injuries, disabilities, sports injuries
  • Stress Management - an exercise program targeting stress and promoting well-being
  • Strength Training - for sports specific, rehabilitation, body appearance, skeletal
  • Fitness Testing & Management - a fitness assessment is given at the start of your program and is regularly monitored
  • Post/Pre Pregnancy Training & Rehabilitation - yoga and/or personal training with a nutrition program

    Group Training

  • Cut the cost and train with a friend, make it fun. Commit together. Small groups of 2 to 6 people.
  • Ultimate Stretch & Flex - an excellent 1 hour workout combining Tai Chi, Pilates, & Yoga, designed to increase core and body strength, elongate muscles and reduce stress. Very complimentary to pole work.
