I learnt so much by using the GI8 planner. As a form of diet the information given is simple yet professionally presented, so easy to follow. It is normal everyday food that is easy to purchase.
It's not that hard... good fresh food and regular exercise.

Gai - Winner 2008 GI8
I didn't set out to win the 2008 GI8, I just planned to stick to my diet, do what ever training Tania set for me plus a bit of extra walking throughout the week and set small goals.
All I wanted to lose was 2 kilos, or so I thought. When I accomplished this I kept on going, following my plan with the full support of the group and Tania. I lost over 3 kilos in the eight weeks, with another one to follow shortly after that.
